LADY LEAH MCNAIR: With over 20 years of ministry experience, the evangelistic assignment of Lady Leah McNair has taken her ministry throughout the United States and beyond including West Africa and Canada. She is the devoted wife of Pastor P. Michael McNair, Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church (Thomasville, NC). It is there, Lady Leah McNair leads the “Unstoppable Woman” ministry. Pastor and Lady McNair are the proud parents of twin sons, Judah and Jordan. She is the creative CEO of the popular Christian Ladies brand “Churchy Chic” and the Founder of the Forefront Ladies Network, a support circle for Women in Ministry and those aspiring. Lady Leah McNair walks FEARLESSLY in her call by boldly fulfilling the mandate on her life to be an empowering and uncompromising voice in the Body of Christ!

DR. KIA HOOD-SCOTT: Dr.Kia Hood-Scott is known for her preaching, energy, personality and commitment to doing Kingdom work! She is a member of Union Baptist Church, Winston-Salem, under the leadership of Senior Pastor and Overseer, Bishop Sir Walter Lee Mack, Jr. In her recent elevation, she has been appointed as the Site Pastor for Union Baptist Church, Jamestown –High Point. Currently, Dr. Hood- Scott serves as the Director of Preaching and Worship and Site Director for the Apex School of Theology, Winston-Salem, Learning Center. She also serves as the Director of Christian Education for the Youth, Millennial and Young Adult Division for Global United Fellowship, under the leadership of His Grace, Bishop Neil C. Ellis. Dr. Hood-Scott is supported in ministry by her husband, Mr. George L. Scott Jr., her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frederick and Rosa Hood and sister Kiadrick Hood. Kia is a Cum Laude graduate from Winston-Salem State University, earning a Bachelor degree in Rehabilitation Studies and a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. She holds a Masters in Divinity from Wake Forest University and Doctorate of Ministry from United Theological Seminary, Dayton Ohio.

PASTOR KIYA SHEARS -AKA- "LADY K": Pastor Kiya Shears, affectionally known as “Lady K,” is a compelling speaker and enthusiastic leader with a contagious hunger for God! As an internationally published author, Lady K spearheads various initiatives purposed to empower and push people toward their destiny! Lady K recently published, The Grace to Grieve, a book that meets readers at the intersection of grief and Christianity. She is the loving wife of Pastor George Shears III, First Lady of Greater Fellowship and Staff Pastor at Mount Zion Baptist Church of Greensboro. She is also the CEO of KWS Ministries, LLC and Grace Unexpected. Lady K holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNC-Greensboro, Master of Arts degree from UNC-Charlotte, and a Master of Divinity degree from Emory University.
