COVID-19 Testing Site Volunteer Registration 
Location: Valarie C. Woodard Center | 3205 Freedom Dr. Chalotte, NC 28208
Dates & Time: June 27 & June 28 from 9am - 3pm

Volunteer Details:

We will be joining other community churches in partnership with Mako Medical Laboratories to provide COVID-19 testing at the Valerie C. Woodard Center - 3205 Freedom Dr, Charlotte, NC 28208 on Saturday 6/27 and Sunday 6/28 from 9am to 3pm both days. Volunteers are needed to  serve as directional guides, disseminate information sheets, water ambassadors, prayer partners, and other general support roles as needed.

Please wear your "This is my Church Shirt" Greater Fellowship Baptist Church Shirt when you volunteer. 

Please let us know if you are available during one of the 3hr time slots below. Volunteers are expected to wear a face mask and your safety will be ensured. <Please stop by the church to pick up a face mask on your way to serve if you do not have one>. ​

SLOT 1: Saturday - 6/27/20 - 9am - 12noon
SLOT 2: Saturday - 6/27/20 - 12noon - 3pm
SLOT 3: Sunday - 6/28/20 - 9am - 12noon
SLOT 4: Sunday - 6/28/20 - 12 noon - 3pm
